Year 2007 is ready to say goodbye, and never again. 2007 was actually the most challenging as well amazing year for me.
The year just started with exams and study leaves, I think. There was no new year celebration of course as usual. And for the Valentines Day 2007, there was nothing interesting to me & @ college. I started some community in Orkut and became a big issue in college.i really enjoyed (ha?) it actually. That was really a different experience. Then comes the placements and preparations. They were really horrible. The early morning & late nights’ journey and tension. Well, its all over and I got placed at L&T via Shreds , TCS & Infosys via placement cell of GEC. Thank God and all.bhoomika @ college was really fantastic, especially our eastern music!!! Then the summer vacation. I felt much lonely those days and I started blogging. And I am loving it. I completed my 21 marvelous years on earth on MAY 5th. Got some gifts.
And again the usual classes. The onam celebrations @ class and college was wonderful. Then the onam vacation. It was terrific…yeah terrific.i don’t wanna give an explanation. Actually we have done a mini project on digital clock timer. I was not successful completely but we presented it somehow. Then again the classes, labs etc. the sixth semester study hols and exams. The exams were not easy but not very bad. Ha… the seventh semester started with seminars and I presented my paper on INTERPLANETARY INTERNET. I will give 7/10 for it. According to me the best presentations were of umesh, varna, and arum ahmed. The first series test (s7) was very bad for me. Then the sports meet @ college. That event brings in an opportunity to mingle and know a lot of people in college. We really enjoyed and won the championship. The Christmas was as usual and the vacation was not that bad. A very important thing I want to point out here is that I like my class and classmates. I will miss u guys, really.
Well what I have said above is about my college life 2007. and for me, the real me 2007 was as usual as any years except I have learnt a lot more about life. The placements, the issues about that orkut community, some family issues and some other " " things have made me to think by my own, choose the right answer to those confusing matters. I feel much stronger and bold now. And my realationship with friends…I don’t know theres some intimacy in the relationship…yeah there is …atleast with some.and my family…nothing much …I love them all…more than ever and they do love me more than that…that I noe for sure. Ok..thats enough here.
2007 was unable to make a change on the following
1. I am still selfish and short tempered
2. Spiritually I rate myself 4/10- unchanged for 7 years
3. I still have no boy friend and an intimate best friend
4. I am still doing well in gossiping
5. I forgot almost everyone’s b’day
6. I spent too much money
7. I irritate others and quarrel with them
8. My room is still very messy"""
9. I don’t have a mobile phone ( smart enough to live without it)
10. I (still…) hate my b’day.
11. I still have a hope that the very special thing will happen.
And about the general events of 2007 …hmm the events I liked about
GDP growth rate of India
Taj included in 7 world wonders again
Ban on plastic usage
mandatory use of helmets
and I that.
And I disliked
the sworn in Prathibha Patil as the President of India
the election results of Gujarat and HP
the ugly political drama @ Karnataka
the useless and shameful controversies by kerala politicians
and many more like nandi gram incidents

Thank God for everything. Every day of 2007 was great.
2008 is here, just ready …let’s hope the best (God, be with me always…).

Year in Review?Good one..Thanks for that website freerice.com,great way of helping the poor through the net..some interesting things really...
And about the events u like...

I beleive that the GDP has nothing to do with 800 million people of India and the same is for the president ,whoever it may be the state of the poor has been the same for six decades now..

Let us Pray God that 2008 atleast have something in for the poor...

Have a great 2008...
