River of a number

I have been searching this thing for two days . :( I cant even find it in google!
Please help me...
What is exactly the "RIVER OF A NUMBER" means?
I just want to noe the concept!
Is it something related with the digit root of a number.?
Please help!

River of numbers is a series of numbers in which the successive term is derived from the previous term.. for example:

Consider the series 1, 111,1113111,111311191113111....

In the above series the successive terms are derived by enclosing the summation of the digits of previous term with the same previous term..

I guess, this is the answer as far as i tried to remember what naresh told... i'm sorry if it is wrong..
